DL MILK200

De Lorenzo has developed this fruit line laboratory with the aim of providing knowledge and expertise on food processing technology. Students will be able to observe a complete production cycle and work on a wide range of machines through hands-on practice of individual operations (washing, mixing, separating, extracting, etc.).

This laboratory is designed to allow students the possibility to handle raw materials, prepare and cook food and food products. With this laboratory, students can process up to 100 kg per hour of fresh products.

This fruit handling line is designed to process fresh fruit (raw materials) such as fresh apples, pears, peaches, apricots, tomatoes and mangoes. The finished product will be fruit cream, jam or juices.

DL FRUITLINE

Multi-functional cooking unit with a total volume of about 30 liters and operating volume of 20 liters suitable for the preparation of small amounts (15-20 kg) of marmalades, jam, ketchup, juices and other alimentary products.

The unit, designed as a multi-functional bench, is composed of a multi-functional unit of cooking/concentration (in the atmosphere or vacuum-packed) and of heat treatment (pasteurization/sterilization and the consequential cooling) of the packaged product.

DL LAB30

Following the growing of small and compact plant for food preparation demand, we have designed a multi-function bench for jam, marmalade, tomato sauce and sauces.

It is enough a single bench to set up a laboratory, in fact with DL LAB50 you can cook, concentrate and mix, under vacuum or in atmosphere conditions, blanching fruit and vegetables, dosing the product still warm, and pasteurize full and capped vessels.

Multi-functional bench with a total volume of about 80 liters suitable for the preparation of small amounts of marmalades, jam, ketchup, juices and other alimentary products.

The unit is designed as a small-scale plant with high technology rate. The 80 liters multi-functional bench is an autonomous unit that is able to grant high quality products.
