DL 2563 PSK MODULATION

The board consists of PSK (Phase Shift Keying) modulator and demodulator sections that can be interconnected in order to simulate a complete transmission system.

Technical features
The board uses the DL 2560B board as a service module to provide the carrier signal, the modulating random digital signal, the error rate meter and the line simulator.
Phase inverter modulator and adjustable frequency PLL demodulator, followed by low-pass and squarer filter.
Power supply: ± 15 Vdc, 50 mA and + 5 Vdc, 200 mA

DL 2560B SUPPORT MODULE

It contains:

• clock and carrier generator obtained from a single quartz source at 2.4576 MHz with clock frequency selectable among 2400, 4800, 9600, 19200 and 38400 Hz
• pseudo-random data generator that generates two random sequences of 1 and 0 of different length, 15 bits and 255 bits
• BER meter
• artificial noise generator at an adjustable level that generates a signal with quasi-white spectrum in the 2 - 40 kHz band
• jitter meter

DL 2560A BASE BAND DATA TRANSMISSION

The board allows the study of base band transmission techniques with different types of coding: RZ (Return to Zero), NRZ (Not Return to Zero), Manchester, Biphase and Duo-binary.
